Using Gumitide
How do I take it?
Take one gummy per day, about 30 minutes before your morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. Consistency matters more than the exact time of day.
What is in each gummy?
800 mg of BHB ketone salts (calcium, magnesium and sodium BHB), 500 mg apple cider vinegar at 5% acetic acid, 50 mg pomegranate extract, 25 mcg vitamin B12, 75 mcg iodine from kelp and 40 mg beetroot powder. Full details are on the formula page.
Does it contain stimulants or caffeine?
No. There is no caffeine and no thermogenic stimulant of any kind. Gumitide is built for steady daily support without jitters or a crash.
How long until I notice anything?
