Orders placed before 2:00pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Everything else ships the next business day.

Typical U.S. delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Free U.S. shipping on the 3 and 6 bottle bundles. The 2 bottle option adds standard shipping.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our facility, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If it has been more than two business days and you have not seen a confirmation, check your spam folder first, then reach out to returns@ordergumitide.com with your order number and we will track it down.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including most P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time. All packages are dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment partner under the same authorized 2026 distribution program described on the product verification page.
Returns and refunds
If you want to return Gumitide under the 60-day money-back guarantee, do not ship it back blind. Email us first so we can issue return instructions and the correct address. Full details are on the guarantee page and in the refund policy.
