These terms govern your use of ordergumitide.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Gumitide from Cedarmark Nutrition LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Authorized distribution
This Site is the official and authorized U.S. distribution portal for Gumitide for the current production cycle. Orders placed here are the only orders we can verify, fulfill and support. Products purchased from marketplaces, resellers, hyphenated look-alike domains, subdomains or other top-level domains are not part of our authorized distribution and are not covered by our guarantee.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the order page. We may update pricing, promotions and product availability at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing, and to limit quantities. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation by email.
Health disclaimer
Gumitide is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The Gumitide name and logo, the Cedarmark Nutrition name, and the text, design and graphics on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
